Forged through experience—not slogans.Pat is the founder and owner of Tactical Leadership Consulting, built on one simple truth: leadership is tested when comfort is gone. He works with leaders who don’t want theory—they want action, execution, and standards that hold.
Pat currently serves as the Director of Plans and Programs for Chardon Laboratories and previously earned Athletic Director of the Year honors in just his third year by building cultures rooted in trust, standards, and accountability.
Over 32 years in the U.S. Army, Pat served as a Senior Army Aviator with 1,800+ flight hours including combat missions, and was awarded the Bronze Star for his service in Iraq. He now brings those hard-earned lessons to the stage— calling leaders to lead forward and become the standard their teams rise to.
